ADVOCATE

There are many obstacles & challenges to getting services and treatment for this disease.

We are not alone, and our collective voices can make a difference.

We Have a Voice, We Need to Use It

·       Removing barriers to wellness among in the addicted populations.

·       Working towards government policies that help people with recovery and post-recovery issues.

·       Advocating for access to treatment, reversal of policies that discriminate against people in recovery, and removal of barriers raised by the stigma against addiction.

·       Giving voice to those who cannot speak out on their own, including those currently in crisis, those who have died, individuals who are incarcerated or children affected by addiction.
